Step 1
Confirm payment, delivery, and expectations inside the transaction chat so the full history stays readable.
Step 2
From messaging, you can report a specific message or the entire conversation if you see abuse, a scam attempt, or inappropriate behavior.
Step 3
Explain the issue and attach screenshots or useful context. The clearer the report is, the easier it is for staff to review.
Step 4
The team can inspect the report, review related messages, and decide on an action for the listing, account, or report status. If needed, open a support ticket too.
